Fair question, and one we'd rather answer plainly than bury. Here's the honest version of what polynucleotides cost, how many sessions you're likely to need, and what actually changes the price — so there are no surprises.

The straight answer

At EMA Aesthetics, polynucleotides start from £110 per session. It's priced per session rather than as one flat fee because it's a course, and the right number of sessions and areas varies from person to person. You'll always get a clear, total figure at your consultation before you commit to anything.

Why it's a course, not a one-off

Polynucleotides work gradually — they signal your skin to repair and regenerate over time (there's a fuller explainer in what are polynucleotides). To get a proper result you'll usually have a course of two to three sessions, two to four weeks apart, with the improvement building over the following weeks. Anyone quoting you a single-session miracle price isn't describing how this treatment actually works.

So what's the realistic total?

For most people a full course lands in the region of a few hundred pounds, depending on how many sessions you have and the area treated. Rather than pretend one number fits everyone, we'll map out your plan — number of sessions, spacing and total cost — at the consultation, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.

What changes the price

  • The area treated — a focused area like the under-eyes is different from treating the full face or the neck.
  • How many sessions you need — two versus three, based on your skin and goals.
  • The product used — there are different polynucleotide products suited to different areas and concerns.
  • Whether you combine it with another treatment (some people pair it with Profhilo or microneedling as part of a skin plan).

Maintenance

Once you've completed your initial course, a maintenance session every few months keeps the results topped up. It's not a lifelong commitment — you're in control of how often you return.

New client offer

New to EMA? You get 20% off your first skin treatment — and that includes polynucleotides. Just mention it when you book. (New clients, skin treatments only, subject to consultation and suitability.) You can see all our treatment prices here.

A word on "cheapest"

Polynucleotides are injected into your skin, so this is a medical treatment — not a bargain to hunt for on a deal site. Suspiciously cheap injectables usually mean cut corners somewhere: product, training, sterility or aftercare. The value in a nurse-led clinic is the assessment, the safe technique and the honesty to tell you if polynucleotides aren't even the right treatment for you. Cheapest and safest are rarely the same thing.

How we quote

Consultation first, always — it's free and there's no pressure to book on the day. Emilee, an NMC-registered nurse, will assess your skin, talk through whether polynucleotides suit you, and give you a clear plan and total price. Then it's entirely your decision. We're near Eccleshall, within easy reach of Stone and Stoke-on-Trent.
